A P.I.R. is essential to ensure continued electrical safety for
caravan installations as a caravan is a hostile environment for electrical equipment. When a new caravan is built, the
installation is certificated to meet the current safety standards. Over time, this installation is likely to deteriorate
due to damage, wear and tear and corrosion.
A Periodic inspection and report will ensure that the installation remains
safe to use.
CSI Caravans have attended the course run by CITO (Caravan Industry Training Organisation) and are
competent to carry out the PIR on your caravan or motorhome.
